✔ I am unable to log in to the NCD portal. What should I do?

Troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure you are using the correct username and password provided by the Nodal officer.
  • Check if Caps Lock is ON — credentials are case-sensitive.
  • If you forgot the password, click on "Forgot Password" and follow OTP verification via registered mobile/email.
  • Clear browser cache and cookies, or try a different browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox).

✔ The website URL is not working. What should I do?

URL connectivity tips:

First, verify the official portal address: https://ncd.mohfw.gov.in or /portal for login. If the page doesn’t load:

  • Check your internet connection and try refreshing after a few minutes.
  • Try accessing in incognito/private mode.
  • The website may be under maintenance; check the announcement section or contact support.
  • Use the NCD login mirror link from the official communication.

Troubleshoot OTP delivery issues:

  • Wait for at least 60 seconds; network congestion may cause delay.
  • Ensure the registered mobile number is correct and active.
  • Check SMS inbox or spam/junk folder (if using any filtering app).
  • Try "Resend OTP" after 30 seconds.
  • If the issue repeats, verify DND settings – user should have transactional SMS allowed.
  • For frequent failures, contact helpline with patient/mobile details.
